Trump: EgyptAir flight looks like terrorism

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump early Thursday weighed in on an EgyptAir flight that presumably crashed, saying it looks “like yet another terrorist attack.”

“When will we get tough, smart and vigilant?” he asked on Twitter.

{mosads}Flight MS804 disappeared from radar over the Mediterranean Sea about three hours into a flight from Paris to Cairo Wednesday night.

The plane, an Airbus A320, was carrying 56 passengers, mostly from France, seven crew members and three security personnel.

Former Secretary of Defense and CIA Director Robert Gates told MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” later Thursday that “it’s always better to wait until you actually know what the facts are before you open up.”

“Let’s just suppose that it turns out not to be a terrorist event. … Then what do you say having made these allegations and so on.”
