Trump team: Meeting with NY Times is back on
I cancelled today’s meeting with the failing @nytimes when the terms and conditions of the meeting were changed at the last moment. Not nice

Perhaps a new meeting will be set up with the @nytimes. In the meantime they continue to cover me inaccurately and with a nasty tone!

The failing @nytimes just announced that complaints about them are at a 15 year high. I can fully understand that – but why announce?

In March, Trump sat down with the Times as a candidate for an off-the-record meeting.
Parts of that conversation were leaked a day later to BuzzFeed.
Times executive editor Dean Baquet said at the time that “he didn’t know who had spoken to BuzzFeed to describe the off-the-record portion of the session, and that he didn’t intend to pursue it.”
Trump has yet to hold a press conference as president-elect, a longstanding tradition.
