White House dodges ‘Roseanne’ questions
The White House on Tuesday declined to comment on ABC’s decision to cancel “Roseanne,” saying President Trump is focused on “bigger things” surrounding his agenda.
White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters aboard Air Force One en route to a rally in Tennessee that Trump’s work on agreements with North Korea and on trade are taking up the vast majority of his time.
Asked if Barr’s show should have been canceled, Sanders responded, “That’s not what the president’s looking at,” adding, “We have a lot bigger things going on in the country right now.”
