Oracle CEO to join Trump transition team
Oracle CEO Safra Catz will join Donald Trump’s transition team, the president-elect’s camp announced Thursday.
Catz has taken meetings with Trump, including Wednesday’s high-profile tech leaders summit that featured heavyweights including Tesla’s Elon Musk, Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and IBM’s Ginni Rometty.
{mosads}She’ll be joining the transition team’s executive committee alongside the likes of Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi; Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner; and venture capitalist Peter Thiel.
Catz said prior to Wednesday’s meeting that she was particularly interested in discussing international trade.
