A policy director at Comcast, the Burma native grew up in places throughout Southeast Asia before heading to the United States at 15. She moved to the nation’s capital for law school and has been here ever since, not counting her long list of international trips. 

Italy’s Amalfi Coast is her favorite place to date, but she has a travel bucket list that includes “eating feta cheese” in Santorini and exploring “some seedy tango club” in Buenos Aires.

On the beauty front, lip gloss is a staple.

Though her sister teases her for always buying the same color, “I’m not a red-lipstick kind of girl,” Oo said. “I just know that. I’m not going to pretend.”
