Alex Rosen is a sucker for chocolate. Chocolate peanut butter cups, chocolate-covered pretzels, chocolate chips straight from the bag — he doesn’t discriminate.

{mosads}But his real guilty pleasure is anything baked by one of his co-workers at CNN Politics, where he is a video producer in charge of stories about politics, history and breaking news.

To keep his sleek physique, Rosen walks just about everywhere; carrying a 10-15 pound camera, he said, helps too. The former triathlete, who worked as a bicycle mechanic in college, also loves to ride his bike and just started running again.  

Working out isn’t his biggest style secret though — it’s finding a good barber.

“You have to be loyal,” said Rosen, who started going gray at age 11.

“My mom said, ‘Alex, if you want to get your hair colored, you can do that.’ I said, ‘Nah, I’ll just be me.’ ”
