Jillian Neville has come a long way since her high school theater productions.

{mosads}“I played a lot of little boys,” the Oklahoma native admits sheepishly. “It’s all because of my tall stature at 5 foot 0, I guess.”

Her Twitter bio reads, “Life is short. So am I,” a credo the digital media director for Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.) jokingly calls her “life motto.”

Despite her height, Neville, who admits an affinity for “bad Chinese food” and reads Little Women once a year, has a big presence in Lankford’s office.

While she claims to be “the worst cook in America,” Neville bakes weekly, and Lankford’s staffers devour her goods every Monday morning. The bubbly University of Oklahoma graduate also entertains the office with top-notch celebrity impressions. 

The best one? “Jennifer Nettles, the country singer. Really reaching out to my roots. Got it down pat for sure.”
