The Marquette University alum, who works as a legislative aide on energy and environmental issues for Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), still exercises a few times a week. When he’s not biking the Mount Vernon Trail, there’s a good chance he’s playing softball.
“I’m on way too many teams,” he said. “I don’t know why. I played baseball in high school, but I’m not that good at softball.”
On or off the field, this history buff mixes it up when it comes to his style.
“I don’t mind wearing a suit,” he said. “And I really love shoes.”
