Poll: Obama and Romney tied in North Carolina

According to the survey, Obama leads 58-41 among those who have already voted, while Romney leads 58-40 among those who say they will vote on Election Day.
The poll could be an outlier. Romney had been racking up a healthy lead in North Carolina, as the three previous surveys released in the state showed him up by between 5 and 8 points.
According to the RealClearPolitics average of polls, Romney now holds a 4-point lead over Obama in the state.
