Sen. Wyden welcomes baby girl

Wyden and his wife, Nancy, welcomed Scarlett Willa to their family on Thursday. He announced the news via tweet on Friday.

{mosads}Wyden, who is 63, announced the pregnancy in an email to his staff in May, according to Oregon’s local KATU. He wrote: “Yes, it sounds incredible, but YES Nancy is pregnant!”

The couple married in 2005. They have two other children together: twins born in 2007.
