Lawmakers tweet about flu season
The days might be getting longer and warmer, but flu season is also spreading, according to Congress and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
{mosads}Rep. Jeff Denham (R-Calif.) already got his flu shot, tweeting a photo earlier this week, and he and other members of Congress are urging their constituents to take precautions this winter.

On Wednesday, Boston Mayor Thomas Menino (D) declared a public health emergency in response to widespread reported cases of influenza. Massachusetts Reps. James McGovern (D) and Niki Tsongas (D) both tweeted out warnings to their followers.
