I love to work in the yard. My least is taking out the trash.

Graves. It’s my mother’s maiden name.

Charles Lindbergh, Amelia Earhart, Ronald Reagan and Dwight and Mamie Eisenhower.

If you could fire one of your colleagues, who would it be?
I honestly have to tell you, no one. People represent those who elected them.

Favorite dessert?
Politically, I should say pecan pie, [but it’s] vanilla crème brulee. I go crazy for crème brulee.

The Washington Times. I really appreciate it.
