Cornyn: Website ‘least’ of O-Care problems
Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) took to Twitter on Sunday to criticize the President Obama’s healthcare system.
{mosads}Earlier on Sunday, the Obama administration announced that it had met its self-imposed deadline to improve aspects the site’s functionality. The administration had said it wanted the healthcare shopping site to be able to handle 50,000 users at once.
Cornyn tweeted that the website is the “least of Obamacare’s problems,” pointing to potential problems that would arise after a user has enrolled, including “sticker shock” from premiums, deductibles and co-pays as well as limitations on which healthcare providers a patient can use.

Cornyn also tied the healthcare website news to recent events.
He asked whether the Senate’s new ability to proceed to vote on presidential nominees with a simply majority will mean President Obama can “pack” the Independent Payment Advisory Board with appointees.
Will Harry Reid use “nuclear option” to pack POTUS appointees to IPAB (independent payment advisory board)? http://t.co/eWZSj4D84a

The board was created under Obama’s healthcare law to lower the costs of Medicare without congressional action.
Cornyn later asked is Americans can trust Obama’s calls for immigration reform if they “can’t trust O-care promises.”
“How can they have confidence [immigration reform] will work as advertised,” he asked.
On POTUS’s calls for immigration reform, if ppl can’t trust O-care promises how can they have confidence this will work as advertised?
