Lawmakers wish pope ‘Happy Birthday’
A few lawmakers wished Pope Francis a happy birthday on Twitter Tuesday. He turned 77.

Rep. Alan Lowenthal (D-Calif.) wished the pope well, and linked to a news story about how the pope spent his birthday Tuesday having breakfast with homeless people.
