Airlines cancel 2,000 flights due to snow
Airlines have cancelled 2,263 flights as snow falls on many major East Coast airports in the U.S., according to the website FlightAware.com.
The leading airport for cancellations Monday is Washington’s Ronald Reagan National Airport, which had 281 outgoing and 240 incoming flights canceled.
{mosads}The second leading airport for flight cancellations was Philadelphia International Airport, which had 204 outgoing and 189 incoming flights canceled.
In addition to the cancellations, 3,569 flights have been delayed on Monday according to the website.
