Clintons enjoy Chelsea’s Oxford ceremony
President Bill Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are in Oxford, England this weekend to attend their daughter, Chelsea’s graduation ceremony.
Chelsea received her doctorate in international relations on Saturday, her second degree from the prestigious university where her father was a Rhodes scholar.
The 67-year-old former president took to Twitter after the ceremony to express his excitement. “Couldn’t be prouder of @ChelseaClinton today. Congrats on your doctorate,” he tweeted.

In addition to her doctorate, Chelsea and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, are expecting their first child in the fall. The 34-year-old special correspondent for NBC News also holds an undergraduate degree from Stanford and a Master’s from Columbia University.
Her mother, Hillary is considering a 2016 presidential run.
