Rihanna: Best thing about White House is ‘my president being black’

Rihanna says the best thing about visiting the White House is “my president being black.”

The Barbados-born “We Found Love” singer went on an Instagram spree on Monday, tweeting “Scandal”-inspired photos of herself posing in various parts of the White House, including the briefing room.

{mosads}As she was exiting 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., a TMZ.com photographer asked the 26-year-old what was the best part about her White House trip.

“My president being black,” Rihanna responded, before hopping into a waiting vehicle.

A White House official told The Hill that the headline-making entertainer, who’s in Washington to appear for the Veterans Day Concert for Valor, was meeting with staff “regarding a few issues that are critical to our agenda for expanding opportunity, including the My Brother’s Keeper Initiative.”
