GOP lawmaker to Obama: Keystone won’t go away

A House Energy and Commerce Committee member says that President Obama is likely to face legislation authorizing construction of the Keystone XL pipeline next year if he rejects its construction in the lame-duck session.

{mosads}Rep. Ed Whitfield (R-Ky.) tells The Hill that there’s a “chance” Congress will send a measure authorizing construction of the Canada to Gulf Coast oil pipeline before it adjourns this year.
