Former Sen. Scott Brown (R-Mass.) is rejoining Fox News as a regular contributor after losing his bid to oust Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D) in New Hampshire earlier this month.

{mosads}Brown will first appear on the network Tuesday as the lone male panelist on the afternoon show “Outnumbered,” which includes a revolving cast of four women and a man. He will stay on as a contributor on the network’s other news and opinion shows, Fox confirmed with The Hill.

Fox News signed Brown as a commentator in early 2013 after he lost his reelection bid for the U.S. Senate seat in Massachusetts the previous year, to Elizabeth Warren (D). His six-figure contract with the network ended earlier this year before he launched a bid to oust Shaheen.

Shaheen held her seat, earning 52 percent of the vote to Brown’s 48 percent.

Brown’s move to rejoin the network was first reported by the Boston Herald.
