GOP lawmaker calls Trump tax returns ‘red herring’
GOP Rep. Chris Collins (N.Y.) says Mitt Romney’s allegations that Donald Trump’s yet-to-be-released tax returns contain bombshells is a “red herring.”
{mosads}“This is the first of what I believe will be many red herrings that are going to be thrown in by some of establishment Republicans who are trying desperately to push Mr. Trump out of this race,” said Collins, the first lawmaker to endorse the real estate mogul.
