Supporters leave thank-you signs for Clinton on NY street
Supporters left Hillary Clinton handmade thank-you signs near her New York home for Thanksgiving Thursday.
“We are thankful for Hillary an American hero,” read one.
“You are loved,” said another.
Clinton tweeted a photo of the signs on Twitter and wrote: “I was greeted by this heartwarming display on the corner of my street today. Thank you for all who did this. Happy Thanksgiving.”

Earlier in the day, Clinton tweeted “Hoping everyone has a safe & Happy Thanksgiving today, & quality time with family & friends.”
Clinton has been staying in her Chappaqua, N.Y., home since losing the presidential election to Donald Trump.
The Democratic nominee and her husband former President Bill Clinton were spotted doing some Thanksgiving grocery shopping earlier in the day with their grandson.
