President and Mrs. Obama to New York City today
President and Mrs. Obama will spend the afternoon in New York City on Saturday, the White House announced Friday night.
The First Couple will pay a “personal visit” to New York, the White House said, providing no additional elaboration beyond its initial guidance.
The R & R comes before a busy week for the president, which will see him travel to Saudi Arabia and Egypt early in the week, before finishing up in France for a remembrance of the anniversary of the D-Day attacks on Normandy.
