Clinton touts NY tuition-free college program
Hillary Clinton praised a New York state tuition-free college program on Saturday, calling it “a great step” for the progressive movement.

Clinton’s tweet came in reply to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D), who said that the state “has established a national model” for higher education access.
“With our first-in-the-nation tuition-free college program, New York has established a national model for access to higher education,” he tweeted.
