‘Real Fake’ statue installed in front of Chicago’s Trump Tower

Chicago’s latest work of art is a gold statue in front of Trump Tower that says “REAL FAKE.”

The 5-foot statue was installed by the city of Chicago near President Trump’s hotel Monday, but a city spokeswoman said it’s not meant to be a comment on Trump, the Chicago Tribune reported.

The statue, located directly across the river from the city’s Trump Tower, is reportedly a top spot for tourists taking rude pictures directed at Trump.

“What’s wonderful about art is that it is completely open to interpretation,” city spokeswoman Christine Carrino told the Tribune.
