Geithner deputy withdraws nomination
Now it’s the Obama’s tougher vetting process that’s causing problems.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Annette Nazareth, Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner’s nominee to be his top deputy, has withdrawn from consideration because of the long process.
Obama tightened that process after a series of nominees ran into controversy over tax problems, including Geithner.
