Graham: ‘Blaming the Democrats is not going to work’
Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham (S.C.) on the third day of the government shutdown called on Democrats and Republicans to stop playing the blame game.

He also said President Trump should encourage Congress to come together instead of running negative ads that will interfere with negotiations.
The Senate is expected to vote at noon on Monday on a bill to fund the government for another three weeks.
