Florida billboard calls NRA a ‘terrorist organization’

A political action committee has erected a billboard in Pensacola, Fla. blasting the National Rifle Association (NRA) as a “terrorist organization.”

Mad Dog PAC, the group behind the sign, funds billboards nationwide calling out GOP candidates and President Trump.

In the wake of the school shooting in Parkland, Fla. the NRA has been the focus of many activists calling for action on gun control.

{mosads}Survivors of the shooting and their families have repeatedly called out Florida Sen. Marco Rubio (R) for taking millions in campaign donations from the group.

A growing list of companies has cut ties with the NRA in the weeks since the shooting, including a bank that issued an NRA-branded credit card and Delta airlines, which previously offered a discount to NRA members traveling to their yearly convention.

This is not the first billboard to pop up in recent days related to the gun control debate. A Las Vegas billboard was recently vandalized to read, “Shoot a school kid only $29.” And another in Kentucky was vandalized to read, “Kill the NRA.”
