Trump promotes Jeanine Pirro’s new book in Oval Office

President Trump posed for photos with Fox News host Jeanine Pirro and her new book in the Oval Office.

Pirro on Tuesday tweeted the photos of her and Trump with copies of the book, “Liars, Leakers and Liberals: The Case Against the Anti-Trump Conspiracy.”

Trump reportedly granted Pirro an interview for the book, and the New York Times reported in February that Pirro met with the president to discuss the book.

The president is a frequent viewer of Fox News and often tweets about its programming.

The Washington Post reported earlier this year that White House communications staffers often send Trump officials to appear on Pirro’s Saturday night show on the network because they know Trump will be watching.

Pirro made headlines last week after she and “The View” host Whoopi Goldberg got into a heated on-air exchange during the daytime show, which reportedly continued off the set.

Pirro thanked Goldberg during her show on Saturday for helping her book sales after it reached No. 1 on the Amazon charts.
