Former Vice President Joe Biden is set to deliver remarks at the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers conference in Washington, D.C., on Friday.
Biden is expected to announce a presidential campaign in the coming weeks, but he’s been at the center of controversy recently after multiple women said he touched them inappropriately in the past.
Biden is scheduled to begin speaking at 11:30 a.m.
