READ: Horowitz opening statement to Senate panel
Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz will testify Wednesday before the Senate Judiciary Committee on his findings regarding the FBI investigation into President Trump’s 2016 campaign.
Horowitz’s report, released Monday, found that the probe was flawed but that agents were not motivated by political bias.
