President Biden and Vice President Harris on Wednesday afternoon are slated to participate in a wreath-laying ceremony in Shanksville, Pa. at the Flight 93 Memorial
This year marks the 23rd anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Earlier today, the president and vice president were joined by Former President Trump and Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) in New York City for a commemoration ceremony at Ground Zero.
The event is scheduled to begin at 12:45 p.m. EST.
