Journalist Zaid Jilani discussed what may happen to populism on the right and left under President Trump or former Vice President Joe Biden, the presumptive Democratic presidential candidate.

Jilani discussed Biden’s record with China as well as Trump’s dealings with China during his presidency in an interview Monday with The Hill.TV’s “Rising.”
