I’m The Hill’s “In the Know” columnist, where I cover features, pop culture and the intersection of politics and Hollywood.

Before making the move to The Hill in 2011, I worked as a TV reporter for WBFF-TV/FOX45 in Baltimore, Md., and as a reporter for WJLA-TV/NewsChannel 8 in Washington.

I’ve worked as Georgetown University’s “Entertainment Reporting” instructor and have served as a contributor on Washington’s Fox 5/WTTG-TV and as a regular commentator on WTOP-FM.

I was born and raised in Washington and am a graduate of New York University and Georgetown University.

I’m a mom of three, and my young daughter might have summed me up best when she said that I smell like “glitter, chocolate and puns.”
