Walker teases ’16 run on ‘Star Wars’ Day

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) took to Twitter on Monday to mark “Star Wars” Day and play up speculation about his potential 2016 presidential bid.

Fans of the popular science fiction movie series have designated May 4 as a day to celebrate “Star Wars.”

{mosads}The quote included in Walker’s tweet comes from Jedi master Yoda after protagonist Luke Skywalker leaves the planet Dagobah to rescue his friends in Cloud City.

Walker is mulling a run for president with an announcement expected in the coming months.

Two GOP presidential contenders, neurosurgeon Ben Carson and former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, announced their candidacies on May 4.
