American Crossroads spending $40M reserving autumn ad space in swing states

{mosads}The group confirmed that they have bought up TV ad space in the eight critical states, with the most money—about $10 million—spent in Florida, followed by Ohio ($7 million), Virginia ($6.5 million), and North Carolina ($4 million).

The ads will run from Labor Day to Election Day, according to CBS News.

Another Rove-backed outside spending group, Crossroads GPS, announced on Friday it plans to spend $25 million on issue-oriented television ads that are running this week in the battleground states Colorado, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, Ohio and Virginia.
