Gingrich, Bachmann, Santorum will attend Huckabee’s anti-abortion forum

{mosads}Huckabee, a Fox News host and former Arkansas governor who ran against Mitt Romney for the Republican presidential nomination in 2008, pulls a lot of weight among conservative Christians in Iowa. He has said he is unlikely to endorse before the primary season.

The anti-abortion group Iowa Right to Life is also promoting the event, which will likely be one of the final chances for the candidates to cement their stance on the issue with Iowa voters before the Jan. 3 caucus. Gingrich is currently the front-runner in state polls.

Huckabee invited eight of the candidates to the event, but Bachmann, Gingrich and Santorum are so far the only ones to confirm they will attend. They will “address the audience on pro-life issues before the screening,” according to the event news release.
