Huckabee and allies bring in $8 million
Republican presidential candidate Mike Huckabee and allies have raised nearly $8 million, according to CNN.
{mosads}The average donation is about $101, CNN reported. Full fundraising reports will be filed to the Federal Election Commission on Wednesday.
Huckabee’s campaign itself took in $2 million, while the Pursuing America’s Greatness super-PAC and a 501(c)4 advocacy group brought in about $6 million.
Huckabee is in sixth place in the GOP’s 2016 field, according to a RealClearPolitics average of national polls.
He checks in fourth in an average of polls in the early-voting state of Iowa.
