Trump coverage banned from Glenn Beck’s show
“The Glenn Beck Program” is going Trump-free.
The conservative political commentator’s radio program said on Wednesday’s show it will stop acknowledging businessman Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign, according to the Huffington Post.
{mosads}“I’m sick of it, so we’re moving on. I just can’t do another show about it,” said Stu Burguiere, who is co-hosting the show while Beck deals with medical issues.
Co-host Pat Gray described the show as “Now with 100 percent less Donald Trump talk, other than saying we’re 100 percent Trump-free.”
Beck’s show joins the Huffington Post in casting doubt on Trump’s controversial campaign. The website announced last week it will categorize stories about Trump as entertainment, rather than politics.
Trump has surged in polls despite the controversy. He sits in first place in a RealClearPolitics average of polls for the 2016 Republican presidential race, with 18 percent support.
Trump on Wednesday threatened to launch a third-party White House run if he feels the Republican National Committee treats him unfairly in the 2016 primaries.
