Rep. Allyson Schwartz says she’ll run for Pennsylvania governor
{mosads}Polls show Corbett is very vulnerable in the Democratic-leaning state. He has low approval ratings, and a recent partisan poll conducted for the Democratic Governors Association showed Schwartz ahead.
Schwartz’s plan to run has implications in Congress as well. While her seat is safely Democratic, she was recently picked to be the national finance chairwoman for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and would have to be replaced in that role.
