Former Rep. Frank Guinta (R-N.H.) has regained his congressional seat from Rep. Carol Shea Porter (D).
{mosads}Shea Porter called to concede the race in New Hampshire’s 1st District, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader. With 73 percent of precincts reporting, Guinta had a lead of 4 percentage points.
The result marks the latest trade-off between the two politicians, who have circled around each other for years. Guinta defeated Shea Porter in 2010, and she returned the favor in 2012.
