NRCC announces nine vice chairmen

{mosads}Reps. Jaime Herrera Beutler (Wash.) and Tom Graves (Ga.) will be vice chairmen of the NRCC’s Coalitions Department, which handles outreach to interest groups; Rep. Tom Price (Ga.), who is vice chairman of the Budget Committee, will be vice chairman of policy; Rep. Tim Griffin (Ark.) will be vice chairman of communications and strategy; Rep. Patrick McHenry (N.C.) will serve as vice chairman of the recruitment effort; Rep. Steve Stivers (Ohio) will be vice chairman of finance; and Reps. Cory Gardner (Colo.) and Reid Ribble (Wis.) will both be vice chairmen of the Patriot Program, which offers fundraising and strategic support to freshmen lawmakers.

In announcing the positions, Walden said in a statement that “more than 50 additional members” of the House GOP have volunteered to help the NRCC’s efforts going forward.

“We know President Obama will turn his political machine toward taking over the House, and our Members are prepared to expand our majority by staying on offense,” he said.
