Hillary Clinton heads back to ‘Daily Show’
Hillary Clinton will appear on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show with Jon Stewart” on Tuesday, the network announced Monday.
The former secretary of State is expected to discuss her new memoir, Hard Choices, about her four years in the Obama administration.
This will be Clinton’s third guest appearance on the show; the first two were in 2003 and 2008, when she first ran for president.
{mosads}“The Daily Show,” which airs at 11 p.m., returns after a two-week hiatus on Monday.
Clinton is considered the Democratic front-runner for president in 2016 if she chooses to run. She kicked off a national book tour last month to promote Hard Choices and has discussed it on all of the major news networks.
During the 2008 “Daily Show” interview, Clinton appeared via satellite from the campaign trail in Austin, Texas, a day before the state’s primary in late March.
“This election is about judgment, and tomorrow is perhaps one of the most important days of your life, and yet you’ve chosen to spend the night before talking to me,” Stewart said to Clinton.
“It is pretty pathetic,” she replied.
