Santorum mocks Clinton with parody website

Former Sen. Rick Santorum is spoofing Democrat Hillary Clinton with a website parodying her 2016 presidential campaign.

Santorum, himself a GOP White House candidate, published realworldhillary.com on Friday.

“Today, our campaign launched a new website, realworldhillary.com, to give voters a behind the scenes look at the Clinton campaign,” Santorum wrote in a tweet.

{mosads}Realworldhillary.com features a series of five videos depicting “what everyday life at the Clinton campaign probably looks like,” the site says.

The recordings feature actors mocking Clinton’s history of political controversies via the “Not Ready for Hillary Cam.”

Each offers viewers a skit which details a fake day-in-the-life of campaign staffers working for Clinton’s political machine.

A clip titled “Rapid Response Team,” for example, shows workers frantically feeding records into a paper-shredder.

Their task appears arduous, as they are surrounded by stacks of boxes labeled with Clinton’s scandals.

“We’ve got more boxes,” one character says.

“You’re kidding,” another retorts as the camera catches containers marked “Benghazi,” “email scandal” and “Whitewater.”

“We’ve got no more room,” he adds.

Another video – called “IT and Transparency Department” – pokes fun at criticisms that Clinton is too secretive for the presidency.

Two characters toying with a laptop are discussing a seemingly covert action.

“We just want to get this done and be stealthy about it,” one man advises the other. “That’s perfect.”

The pair then notices they are being recorded, so one of the “staffers” blacks out the camera with spray paint.

A third clip on Santorum’s new website taunts Clinton’s support among potential voters.

In it, a fake focus group shows Clinton “supporters” gradually turning on the Democrat as they learn more about her.

A fourth recording, meanwhile, implies that the former secretary of State grants political favors to wealthy special interests donating to her.

Santorum’s online attack comes as his party prepares for its first televised presidential debate Thursday.

Santorum is unlikely to make the main prime-time debate, which will feature the top ten candidates based on polling averages.

Candidates who miss the cut will appear in a separate debate earlier in the day.
