Perry loses South Carolina campaign offices
Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry’s South Carolina campaign headquarters has shuttered, his state chairman Katon Dawson confirmed for a report on Tuesday.
Dawson told CNN that Perry’s team relocated to his own public affairs office after the campaign space in Columbia was given to a “hot new client” by a realtor.

Perry’s campaign has lost staff in other early voting states of Iowa and New Hampshire after saying last month it could not afford to pay staff. Since then, some staff are back on the payroll.
The former Texas governor has struggled to gain traction for his second White House bid, and will be in the undercard event at his party’s second presidential debate next week.
