Cruz: ‘America is at war’

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — Surging presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (Texas) opened the Republican debate Tuesday night with the strongest cry of war against radical Islam.

“If I am elected president we will hunt down and kill the terrorists.
 
“We will stop terrorist attacks before they occur,” Cruz added. “Border security is national security and we will not be admitting jihadists as refugees.”
