Clinton calls out Trump on support for Iraq war

Hillary Clinton refuted claims from Donald Trump that she is hawkish and eager to go to war, saying that he too supported the Iraq War. 

{mosads}”Well, he supported it. We have evidence and audio of him supporting it. So I think that’s another example of him trying to rewrite history,” Clinton, the Democratic presidential front-runner, said on CNN’s “State of the Union” Sunday, adding that “it was a mistake” to vote for the war.

Trump often says on the campaign trail that he opposed the Iraq War before the invasion, claiming he knew it would lead to destabilization in the Middle East. 

But the presumptive Republican nominee told Howard Stern on his radio show in 2002 that he supported going to war with Iraq.
