Police: 19-year-old tries to disarm cop at Trump rally

Las Vegas police said a man tried to disarm a police officer at presumptive GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump’s rally Saturday in Las Vegas. 

Police said Michael Sandford approached a uniformed officer and began a conversation, pretending to be seeking an autograph, Fox5 Vegas reported.

{mosads}During the conversation, the man attempted to disarm the officer. Sandford was taken into custody without further disruption to the event and was handed over to the Secret Service to face formal charges.
