Hillary Clinton will deliver a speech on Tuesday that paints Donald Trump as unfit to preside over the U.S. economy and tags him as someone who will hurt working families and small businesses.
{mosads}The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee will speak Tuesday in Columbus, Ohio at 11:30 a.m.
Clinton has already delivered speeches that cast the presumptive GOP nominee as “temperamentally unfit” to serve as president and commander in chief. She hammered him over national security in the wake of the mass shooting at an Orlando gay nightclub last week.
The former secretary of State also warned that Trump threatens women’s reproductive and healthcare rights at a recent Planned Parenthood Action Fund speech.
“Everything that applies to Trump about national security is equally true when it comes to the economy,” Clinton senior adviser Jake Sullivan said in a release about Tuesday’s speech.
“In Columbus, Hillary Clinton will outline this core proposition: if we were to put Donald Trump behind the wheel of the American economy, he would very likely drive us off a cliff and working families would bear the brunt of the impact in terms of lost jobs, lost savings, and lost livelihoods,” Sullivan added.
A Clinton official said that on Wednesday in Raleigh, N.C., Clinton will continue to outline her plans to jumpstart the economy.
