{mosads}McCain has been vocal about her disdain for Trump throughout the election, saying earlier this week she cried when delegates in Cleveland officially voted for the billionaire at the Republican National Convention.
“It’s really hard. I understand the voters have spoken. I understand that he’s had more votes than any other candidate, but this is an incredibly polarizing election. … This is not the vision for America I have,” McCain said on the “America Now” radio talk show.
“This is a garbage election with two garbage candidates and America deserves a lot better than this.”
Trump mocked John McCain’s military service last summer as he was starting his presidential campaign, calling the Vietnam POW a “loser” and saying “I like people who weren’t captured.”
