Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is speaking to supporters in Abingdon, Va., on Wednesday afternoon.
{mosads}The event comes one day after Trump suggested at a campaign rally in North Carolina that “Second Amendment people” at could stop Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton from appointing liberal justices to the Supreme Court.
Trump drew immediate backlash for the comment, which many said implied using violence against Clinton. His campaign has clarified that Trump meant people should “unify” against his rival.
